Greek yogurt with cinnamon and pecans and/or walnuts. OMG...I love it so much and it kills me to just have one bowl a day (it's expensive).

I like dates... A LOT. I've been snacking on these pomegranate craisins by Ocean Spray, they taste like fruit gushers!

Lately I have been getting these monstrous salads from the little coffee place by work. It has like 3 cups of fresh spinach, arugula, romaine, and other field greens. Then they add cucumber, green pepper, hard boiled egg, deli turkey, and this spicy fat free honey mustard. The good thing about a salad full of greens is that is takes a while to eat so you end up feeling fuller on less calories. And it's about 4 blocks away so I have added some walking to my healthy lunch.

Salmon...it's my favorite food by far. When I buy a salmon steak for dinner I easily pig out on 2-3 serving sizes just for myself. Can't help it :P

Nuts, especially the fatty kind like macadamia and pecans. I have to watch myself around them.

Also, spaghetti squash. I eat like 3 cups a meal of that stuff, so goood.
