I'm so frustrated I could scream! I've been doing keto since October. The first 3 weeks saw amazing weight loss, then, reversal. I'm now 10+ pounds higher!!

I track EVERTHING, I stay within my macros. I don't cheat. I've even lowered my caloric intake to 1200. NOTHING!!! Every week - I hope to see a drop on the scale - I'm lucky if it stays steady.

Most of my exercise is on the weekends - but I am getting it in there!!

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!!??! I feel better than I ever have - but I also feel fatter than I ever have.

I have 'components' of PCOS - read that as all the hormonal crap, without the actual cysts or irregular periods. I went off hormones in October because I felt so much better - but in light of the weight gain - I've re-started them 3 weeks ago.

I don't know what to do!! Don't what to quit keto - I actually feel good!! But damned if I'm going to just sit by and watch 200 slap me in the face!!

I'm in the exact same depressing position - this weeks weigh-in is trying to tell me I've gained something like 9 (yes NINE) lbs!
How is that even remotely possible when eating less than 1200cals per day?!?!
Doesn't scientifically make sense - even if I'd been eating McDonalds all bloody week.
    So discouraging
