How do you record the bum bum workout? My guess was circuit training for 25 minutes, does that seem accurate?
I am ordering a HRM late this week when I get paid, just hoping to get a close estimate until then.

    Yeah circuit training will give you a pretty good estimate. I wear my HRM while doing it and then adjust the calories that MFP gives me but it's usually pretty close. A good estimate is about 10 cal/ min if you give it your best.
