Skin firming cream (UK)

OK, so now I'm losing weight (still have a very long way to go) I'd like to try and help prevent loose or sagging skin if possible. I do weights and resistance training and am trying to drink more water as well. Can anyone recommed a good skin firming cream? I'm not naive enough to think it's going to prevent sagging skin but I don't think it's going to do any harm so might as well give it a go!

I quite like the Nivea with Q10, and it gets reasonably positive reviews. It's also affordable!0
