Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD Workout

Anyone familiar with the CardioMax DVD put out by The Biggest Loser camp??? Trying to figure out what to log it under for exercise.....more specifically, Bob's 20 minute portion. Would you consider it high impact aerobics? Circuit training? What? Someone, help me out here THANKS!

Collagevideo.com call "Biggest Loser Cardio Max" 45 minutes of "mixed" impact floor aerobics. Mixed would be a combination of high & low impact. So you could use "general aerobics" here on MFP. I've not done this one, perhaps Bob's portion is higher impact & the rest is lower. Use your best judgement. No strength training involved (per Collage) so this is not circuit.
Collage is great for looking up workouts. Videos are rated by professionals who actually do the workout, so mostly they are correct.0 -
