Does anybody know how many oz are generally in an entree sized steamed mixed vegetable dish at a Chinese restaurant?

NO idea. I know they go by points, but maybe you can look up a converter from pints to ounces?0

If it's just a conversion thing, google is a great units converter. Just type in "X units in other units." For instance, "34 pounds in kilograms."0 -
When I eat Chinese I log it as panda express. If panda express does not have what I consumed I just search for it in the database. Knowing Panda Express portion sizes and comparing it to my own portion size helps a lot.0
