Does anyone else have the weight watchers workout video? It's got the low, moderate, and high intensity levels. I've stuck around the low for about a week, then the moderate for about 3 weeks (or so), then yesterday I did the high. I'm SO FREAKING proud of myself. Wondering if there is anyone out there in MFP land that has the video, and actually DOES IT.

After this, then what? Anyone have good suggestions for the next step? I'm coming down from 280 lbs... I'm not quite ready for the 30 Day Shred just yet. LOL

So, what ELSE...

Who is the instructor? I have the Michelle Dozois one called Weight Watchers Next Move. It's 5 intermediate workouts, some cardio, some weights. Mix and match: each are 20 minutes.

If you want low impact cardio try Leslie Sansone "Walk at Home" these are simple (no choreography) aerobics. Chaptered so you can "Pick" the number of miles. You can view workouts on Youtube to get an idea http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnsfbneFQ_8&feature=related

collagevideo.com is a great place to "shop" for exercise videos. Video clips, reviews, intensity & impact level. This will give you lots of ideas.

Hulu.com streams some different workouts for free

OK - I know which one this is. I've never done it - I'm really bad with choreography & stick to very basic stuff. Leslie Sansone might be boring for you, but at least you can easily increase or decrease the intensity as needed.

I don't have any specific videos to recommend, but at collagevideo.com you can search by several factors. First look up "workout type" - aerobics, then sort by "level' - intermediate, then "refine" by .... choreography (or even impact level). You should be able to narrow it down some.

Collage Video shows you video clips. There is so much variety out there. Instructors that I like: Kelly Coffey Meyer, Michelle Dozois, Chris Freytag & Cathe Friedrich (most of Cathe's are too advanced for me). Good luck!
