Need more iron
My android MFP app shows more than Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbs.
It breaks meals and days down into what looks like the nutrient info printed on packaged food. (I wish I could see that on here)
I can see % Vitamin A, C, Iron, potasium etc.
At first I only focused on Calories, Fat, Protein etc.
But I have been paying more attention to Daily recommended allowance of everything lately.
I usually hit calcium, potasium, Vitamin A and C etc.
But I tend to be around 40-60% for iron.
Any suggestions to add iron?

I am actually anemic, I was told by my doctors drinking tap water is great for Iron consumption. Although I'm not sure how you'd track that, if that's what your looking to do. Do you take any multi-vitamins? Also meat is extremely good for iron. I take Iron supplements but only because my dr. reccomended them.0

Don't depend on spinach - it;s iron content depends a lot on how it's eaten and even where it's from.
The perception that it's a miracle veg for iron was actually a result of a misplaced decimal point in early health literature - i.e. it was published to have 10x more than it had!
Multi-vitamins are the way to go0 -
Meat, beans, greens, raisins, prunes, cereals...
Here is a list of common foods and their iron content, in order by content.
