This morning my favorite workout song was "Disciple" by Slayer.
Perfect way to start out a lovely Monday morning. :devil:0 -
For some reason, Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" helps me through runs. It always seems to come on shuffle right when I am losing my will. The beat is perfect.0

Perfect by Pink
born this way-Lady Gaga0 -
And "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor. I pretend I am in a training montage from one of the Rocky movies.0

I love reggaton. Panamanian, Dominican and Puerto Rican fusions are the best.0 -
Eminem keeps me moving! My favourite is The way you lie0
-
Metallica, One ,Live S&M or any classic hard rock, harder the better for angry intensity0
-
Lose Yourself by Eminem0

There are so many but I have to admit, I listen to songs that will pump me up (Now You're Gone by Basshunter was excellent in Bodycombat classes) before I run on the treadmill or whatever because if I listen to it while I'm running, the adrenalin pumps out and my heart pumps faster than the pace I need it to be at to stay steady breathing due to my running speed. It's what Nike and Apple based their product on - the science of music and sport etc... slightly slower rhythm songs are best for running at a steady pace for me. The 'Twilight: New Moon' soundtrack is brilliant as are Mumford and Sons.0
-
"Move Along" by the All American Rejects got me through my marathon. I just kept clicking replay. Other running songs for me are "Club Can't Handle Me" by Flo Rida, "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz, "Lose my Breath" Destiny's Child, and "Ain't No Other Man" by Christina Aguilera.0

Actually Eminem is also good because despite the lyrics, the rhythm is not that fast. (Just seen the post above mine!!)0
