HELP! Not seeing results!

I don't get it..., I go to the gym 5 days a week and have been eating well and still nothing lost. I need help!! I drink 64 oz a day and have snacks in between meals. Any help would be great!!! Thanks.

    what do you mean you arent seeing results? do you just mean on the scale or do you also mean with measurements?
    how long have you been at it?
    what do you do at the gym and are you sure you are working out hard enough? i see lots of people at the gym who think they are working out but are barely breaking a sweat.

    what's your diet like?
  • Not seeing results on the scale. My diet is in my diary you can take a look, I've been at it for 3 weeks or so. I sweat everytime I go to the gym. My heart rate monitor always keeps me in check - i like seeing those calories increase..
