BMR 1627 Im confused sorry

Hi Last Tuesday my BMR was 1627 Im female 42 weighed 223.5lbs
Id like to lose 1.5-2lbs a week but Im really confused on should I eat the 1310 calores mfp has set (thats -1.5lbs p week) or eat the exercise calories too?
So my averqge atm is 200 exercise calories a day so is my net 1510 calories a day (1310+200) so should I eat 1510 or 1310 as Ive still got 94lbs to lose and I dont want to go to low as I know how hard it is too lose any thing when you have 14 lbs left to go.
I aim to start zumba next week if my knee is ok as I damaged the ligament a year ago so if I burn 800 cals 2 times a week with zumba thats 2200 exercise calories a week.
Im sorry if I sound stupid just want to get this right as my net calories are always in green at the end of the day and I didnt want to eat just walking exercise calories?

Hi---there was another thread on this just a minute ago...this is what I use to calculate how much I should be eating...it's not a stupid question it took me awhile to realize that I was undereating:
