How should I log this?

I want to add something like this to my exercise routine, but I'm not sure how to log it. (Found it on Pinterest.)

Early Morning
Cardio/Strength Workout (2 reps)

20 jumping jacks
10 crunches
5 push-ups
10 calf raises
25 Russian twists
10 squats
20 high knees
10 reverse crunches
5 push-ups
10 calf raises
15 second plank
20 jumping jacks
10 squats
10 second side plank (each side)

Since it is cardio & strength, would you just time yourself & log it as circuit? Thanks!

    Bump
  • The only accurate way to log it would be by wearing an HRM. I used to guess and use MFP's suggestions, but found out with an HRM that guessing isn't at all accurate. I was always rounding things down to be sure I was not eating back too many workout calories. As it turns out, I was burning a lot more than I thought.

You could just log it as calisthenics. I use that when I do the new Army PRT program, which is similar.
