Relationship with Food?

Ok, so I have this issue with food...most people can relate. I like food! It's yummy most of the time...but I have this issue with control. Even if I'm not hungry, I still want the food. Like...if I've just gotten done eating and I am stuffed...but I see something that I know will taste good...I'm not full anymore and will manage to shove whatever it is down my throat. I dont understand this...and would love to understand this problem better. Is it all just in my head? If it is...how do I fix it? Self control...yes...but how?? I've been able to exercise self control before, but what has changed it to me not being able to control it anymore? I hope this makes sense...because this is a problem that's been driving me crazy!

Guilty after I do have it
Dont understand where these 'desires' come from
