In the just over 3 months that I have been doing this, I have lost 7 inches from my butt and 6 inches from my waist. What an awesome feeling!!

    Great job!!! That is so motivating for me because I haven't measured myself ( I don't even own a tapemeasure!) But I am definitely fitting better in my clothes!!

    Yes, my tape measure is a wonderful friend...especially when the scales are cooperating! :smile: I think it's a much better tool than the scales!
