I'm not looking to make this a second facebook. I'm looking for a few people who can help motivate me and keep me accountable - - and hopefully I would do the same for you!

About me:
37 years old
stay-at-home mom
5'1"
136 lbs
Looking to lose (not "loose", people.) 10-15 lbs.
Trying to eat cleaner.
This week I'm focusing on no dairy, no gluten, and no added sugar - and limiting sugar from natural sources.
I don't like to exercise, but I always feel better when I've done it (go figure!).
I'm not a runner, per se, but I sign up for 5K's just to make myself do them.

Add me as a friend and let's keep each other on track!

If the friendship doesn't work they way I need it to, I'll delete you, and please feel free to do the same. I don't want to be anyone's dead weight. No hard feelings! This is all about fitness! :smile:
