9 lbs now. Since March 18th. Happy about that, maybe I can get to the 10lb mark by Sunday??
Watching the carbs more now. Cals too of course, but what works for me is the carb control. And to get over the slump, so to speak!! :happy:

Rainy and stormy here today. Oh Yeah!!! :sad:

So no outside activities.

My son is 16 today....:noway:

He wants to go out later and since I took off Fri and Mon, I guess I will take him out.

YAY! Congrats! I think you can do it!! There are a lot of carb and calorie free foods that will keep both numbers within reason Kudos!

and the strange thing is? i am actually eating and walking.....

there is a lady at work that needs to loose 180 and she has come off 76 since Oct of last year and she eats 6 times a day.....

I worry about her though, because she is eating pre prepaired meals.

wouldn't the weight come back on???
