This is interesting and it has helped me stop overeating and eating mindlessly. I'm not about to go all natural because well its just too expensive...but I've found that whenever I have the urge to eat an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's I stop and think would a wild animal mindlessly gorge on sweets while watching TV? The answer is always no. And I find that when I get a craving I wait a few minutes to see if it passes. If it doesnt I chug a glass of water and 9 times out of 10 my craving goes away.
