i completely agree that the timing of the sweets is what's most important. If i can eat sweets for breakfast only and not have them for the rest of the day, i notice an increase in weight loss for sure. The key is to avoid them later in the day.0

Didn't read the whole thing, but it's true that if you eat protein and fiber before consuming sweets, the affect it has on your blood sugar is alot less. I always try to pair any sugar I eat with some kind of protein or fiber.0
