When I was younger, I thought about opening a gym/bar combo that would have a bar upstairs and a gym. During the day, the bar would serve health conscious foods and protein shakes (in addition to the normal fare). The gist is that life is about balance and relaxing and having fun are just as important as busting your butt in the gym. I was going to call it Key West Gym.

I also had an idea that I'd open a driving range with a bar and call it Drink and Drive.
