NSV: To walk up the gi-mongus hill from the parking lot to the building I work in, then climb the stairs without getting so out of breath. To fit in clothes less than size 16.
I fell off the wagon, hard. Lost 35 pounds last year from January - June. Then life got crazy, funds got low, MFP stopped posting to facebook and I lost all sorts of motivation. Maintained from June - October - gained crazy weight back Novemeber - January. :sad: Not looking back, just restarting.
I am an identical twin biologically, but you could SO be my MFP twin!
I had managed to lose down below 230 last summer/fall (was up over 260 at the beginning of 2011), and by New Year I was back up to 252. :grumble:
Started MFP @ 249, now down to 246. Looking to reach the 150-160 range and re-evaluate. College weight was 130ish, but not sure I want to go back there...
NEED lots of friends and motivation! :happy:
