3 weeks and counting

I am loving MFP. This is the first time I have stuck to any sort of fitness program for more than a week. I feel good, and I am seeing progress. So far 13lbs, and my next weigh in is tonight. The greatest thing is it is not only benefitting myself. We were a heavy pop drinking house, and have had no pop in the house now for two weeks, the kids are loving all the fresh fruits and yogurt, and a few friends have gotten on board and we are helping to keep each other motivated. Now if only the weather would cooperate so I could get back outside and on the bike.

Have you noticed any changes in yourself other than just the numbers? Do you feel like you are fighting against those in your life, or are they helping you battle?
