question about veggies

I know that the majority of veggies are low in fat, some more than others, but I was wondering if anyone had a good "guesstimate" as to how much a cup of mixed veggies might be?
The reason I ask is because I am part of a produce co-op so I get fresh fruits and veggies every saturday for very low cost.. in order to prepare for the delivery, every friday I tend to do a "clean out the vegetable drawer" stir fry to use up whatever veggies might be left at the end of the week from the last pickup. What I get varies from week to week so the veggies that are left over vary too. I really hate having to put in 6 or 8 different veggies into the food thing every week, and was hoping someone would have enough experience to suggest a good total I could use for the majority of veggies. I never put alot of one particular thing in.. like this week i have string beans, asparagus, red bell pepper, onion, celery, etc and I will stir fry that with some chix breast.
I am never right on top of my calorie count for the day so if it is off by a tad it is okay, but wondering what an average per cup number would be?

Do a search in the food base for mixed veggies - you'll find combos of cauliflower, carrots and broccoli as well as the corn, peas, carrots, lima beans, and even the italian blends or asian blends (probably a frozen brand bag)- whatever it is you're looking for - there should be something similar!0

I'd just search stir fry and put in something with no sauce.0

GREAT. you can tell i am still pretty new to all of this, but I love it!
thanks for the replies, I am sure i can find something close!0 -
If you are using watery veggies like the ones you listed as opposed to starchy ones (peas, corn, etc), the calories are so low that whatever you end up choosing will probably be close enough. It's when you start adding in the starchy veggies that the calories add up!0

If you've been entering the individual amounts into your food diary, maybe you could go back and look at the amounts you've come up with before, and then average them out. Just a thought - it's all I could come up with for now!0

the database has birds eye normandy blend
it's carrots, zucc, brocc, cauli--no added anything. serving size is 1 cup i think. i consider it 1 cup after it's been steamed. in any case, it's not much.
there is also kroger frozen corn in the database. and again, nothing added.
hope that helps0 -
I use string beans, snow peas, onion, red pepper, carrot, mushroom, and babycorn that come in a frozen stir fry mix. I steam them with no sauce 2/3 cup is 35 cal, 1 cup is 52 cal. They are listed in the data base as Artic Gardens- Frozen stir fry veggies.0
