What is the Best Omega Supplement (fish oil)

I have tried alot but I would like to know what your opinion is on the best. What type of fish or how much of each Omega 3, EPA, DHA, etc....

    So krill oil? I was looking on swansonvitamins.com and that was the bestseller. I never tried Krill before.

    I use NOW Omega-3 , no fish burps or taste whatsoever , you can read the reviews of all the omega -3 and fish oils products at bodybuilding.com if your looking for more info
