Apple shaped women with not a lot of weight to lose?

So I am apple shaped or not so curvy on my waist. I am trying to lose weight the right way and focusing more on the inches than actual pounds. I know that you can not target weight loss in particular areas but is there anything you can do to look more proportionate? I am 134 lbs (down from 138 lbs when I started my weight loss) and am 5 '4" tall. I do HIIT 2 times a week, NROLW 2 times a week and a light cardio workout once over the weekend. I am losing inches and a little weight but still have those ugly love handles!!!

I am just curious to know if weight lifting will help me get some curves? My waist is at 32.5 inches, waist at belly 35 inch and hips 38.5 inch. I know it looks like from the meausrements like I am proportionate but I am not :(

Any help?

I'm apple shaped. I hate it. It seems like all my excess fat is in my middle even though it's not true. I've been doing zumba for three weeks and I've noticed my tummy go down as there is lots of ab work involved and cardio. Give it a try!

Also try lifting weights and doing some toning exercises for each muscle group once a week. I get most of mine from youtube from blogilates and sarahfit and from fitness magazine and shape
