Posted this Friday and got zero friend requests. I know this is not everyone's thing, but I was sure at least one would respond?? Maybe not...
I need someone who will review my diary and exercise log at least 2 or three times per week and offer constructive criticism and strategic suggestions. I know what I need to do. I know how to do it. But I don't; always make the right choices and I just need that someone in the back ground calling me out when I need it and offering encouragement when I do something right. What I don;t want is the standard "WTG", "Good Job" or " watch your sodium". I need something meaningful. I know it is a lot to ask, but I know there are people out there that enjoy helping others succeed. Send me a friend request if you truly want to help. Thanks in advance to those who will answer the call.

Have you gone to the "Groups" section on MFP and explored groups that you might be interested in? That's a great place to find MFP members with similar goals, diet plans, or even members with expertise in areas that interest you (low-carb, running, weight training, etc.) Just a thought...0
