Needing more "expert" friends (please read)

I am looking for more weight-loss experienced friends for MFP that can look at my diary and make suggestions if any are needed. I've been on track since last Monday, and the scale was slowly going down, but is now going up, and I honestly do not know why. Maybe I am just being impatient...

    If you just increased your exercise, and are still eating well, this is likely a water weight gain. A lot of people struggle in the second week. By the end of the third you'll start trending down again! If not, then it's time to worry.

    My secrets to success (although not been able to maintain it yet...)
    1. Lots of water.
    2. High protein, low starch, low saturated fat.
    3. Weight training. Cardio is great, but it's the muscle from weight training that will help you continue to burn!

    You are probably being impatient too, but I understand the frustration! I'll take a peek at your diary if you open it up!

    I hope it's just a temporary gain... I did make my diary public. I'm playing around with today's menu a little (trying to decide what to eat before my bigger workout this evening), but if you look at last week Mon-Thurs you'll see a better picture :)
