Yeeouch! it happened so easily - Just opened the door for my dog and pow! I was down. Fortunetely I had been doing YOGA from P90X on my regular weekly routine and now one week later with no interruptions in my workouts, I've almost fully recovered.
The secret is keep moving, modify workouts that stress those back muscles, stretch more and drink the water...
