Losing the Last Bit!

Hi Guys

I'm so motivated seeing everyones success stories.

I've only properly been using MFP since the end of January, and weight loss started out good but steady.
About 2 weeks ago I introduced exercise 30 Day Shred, some elliptical and light weight work, and now.... PLATEAU central!
Its been 3 weeks since I had a loss.

Any advice appreciated on what I should do. Do I keep doing what I'm doing? Eat less? More? Workout more? Less?

I'm not ready for plateau just yet. There are 10-15lbs that I'd love to see gone by Summer.
