Did you use just the dvd or did you also try out the 30 day trial offer for the website that came with it?

    I'm only 5 days in. I haven't gotten around to checking out her website yet, but I think I will at least have a look.

    I just did the DVD. I figure I know what I should and should not eat, just need to apply it.
