Hi Everyone! I am 5'4", 164lbs, 41 yo woman, and looking to lose at least 20. I am not new to exercise and healthy eating. In fact I actually LOVE exercise. I found after I had my 3rd child just before I turned 40 that I can not lose the weight. Is this the dreaded 40's metabolism? I used to workout at least 4 times a week including strength training. I don't seem to have time for anything in between shuffling around 3 young children, work, and other obligations. Now I want to make ME an obligation. So I'm looking to track foods and somehow add activity back into my crazy *kitten* schedule. It's not just about weight loss. It's about finding control in my life, and being healthy and feeling STRONG. Hopefully I'll meet some of you along my journey!:smile:
