Giggling Fat Hurts!!!

Please MFPs dont let me be the only one.....
Have any of you tried and pants or undergarments for walking/jogging/running that keeps your fat giggle from hurting??? I know, its gross
but when I have tried to jog a little my *kitten*/back/thigh/belly fat gets to moving and it hurts!!!! BADLY!!! And, if I am being honest, I worry what I must look like...
So have you had this problem or found anything that helps keep it in check?

When my fat giggles it doesn't so much hurt as just freak me out.
Compression shorts/pants may help. A tight under armour -type shirt?0 -
Have you tried wearing compression pants or shorts?
