Increased palpitations during workout

I have noticed in the last 3 weeks that I have started having palpitations while working out. I do have a history of having them, however not while working out. I notice them most when I'm doing push ups or running. I don't have chest pain with these and I don't notice any change in breathing when these are happening either.

Has anybody had anything like this before? What did you end up doing?

Thanks!

I've felt it very briefly too, on occasion. I guess I won't worry about it unless I start having it longer or get other symptoms with it (dizziness, pain, SOB, etc.)

Perhaps a visit to your doctor is in order. Just to make sure that it isn't anything dangerous.

See, now that's just silly talk there!

I know it would probably be the smartest choice to visit my doc, but honestly, I've been evaluated for these stupid things so many times and have been told "there's not much we can really do." This after wearing a heart monitor 3 seperate times for 3 week intervals! ugh!
