Hello Y'all!
I'm looking for some general advice on what to eat when one has a fever? I've been feelin rotten all day and now have a low grade fever, My plan was some low sodium chicken noodle soup tonight and maybe a little bit of baked sweet potato. If anyone has any suggestions on things to eat when feverish i would love to hear them. Maybe some sort of super food cold cure? LOL
Thanks!

Depends on how sickly I feel. If it's a tummy-unhappy bug then I stick with vegetable soups and broths. If it's just a cold then I eat salad. Lots of salad.0
