Sweet Tooth? Why not indulge in a 9 calorie pudding!!

Hartley's low calorie jelly is only 9 calories per 175 gramme pot. If like me the rest of your family enjoy a nice pudding after most meals you dont have to feel left out any more. They taste really sweet and fruity but are even better with 30g of microwaved frozen mixed berries stirred in, which still only ends up as a 20 calorie desert. Fill your boots!!! Has anyone got any other super low calorie desert tips?

I made this last night: adjusted from another recipe but it turned out pretty good
single serve brownie: 81 cals
1 tablespoon Flour (15g)
1.5 Tablespoons of Splenda
1 Tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon of apple sauce (or slightly more if mix is too dry)
a pinch of baking soda
vanilla essence (optional)
mix it all together, put on a plate in desired shape and microwave for about a minute.
you can serve with a dollop of yoghurt or cream but will change the caloric value0
