When do you start noticing non-scale success?

Today makes 20 pounds lost in the past 6 weeks. I can see the changing number on the scale, but I honestly do not see it otherwise. My clothes fit exactly the same and I look exactly the same as I did 6 weeks ago. I know it is basically different for each person, but when should I expect to start seeing a change in myself? I am sure 20 pounds is a big amount lost in smaller people and it much more noticeable than in me, who needs to lose 80 more pounds. I just would like to start seeing and feeling a change. Is there a typical amount lost where that starts to happen?

Every day. Pushing for an extra quarter mile walking. Getting in my exercise. Getting to work on a down day. It's the little things that add up to a big difference in how you feel about yourself!

Congrats on the 20 pounds down. That's huge!
