I *like* turkey bacon- as a side- but it will never replace pork bacon in a BLT- at least not for this gal. However, I *love* Perdue's breakfast turkey sausage- MUCH better than its porky pig cousin- and it WILL replace any crumbled sausage recipe from here on out.
?? WHAT SWAPS HAVE YOU TRIED THAT ARE KEEPERS/LOSERS ???

    Mayo....any of the low fat or olive oil type mayos instead of regular mayo!!!
    Turkey Burgers for me just do not do it for me! YUCK! BUt will use ground turkey in pasta sauce!
