We are going to the local Japanese Steakhouse. I figured if we see it all cooked fresh it has to be better than anything processed or fast food. I am going to log what I eat tomorrow but I am not going to stress about it too much.0

Instead of going out we are going to have a romantic dinner at home. Shrimp cocktail, Filet baked potato, nut with fat free sour cream and fresh green onions. Plan on a martini before dinner. Nice bottle of red wine for dinner and a nightcap. We just plan ahead, make sure we get in all out workouts, eat well the rest of the week. With a little planning you can eat a lot of good stuff and not go over or at least not by much.
If your are definitely going out remember restaurants all use way more salt and fat than we do cooking at home. I find that it helps to look at the restaurants website - many publish nutrition info on their menu items. We have found that going out for sushi is incredibly low in calories and not too bad on Sodium if you use the low sodium (green) soy sauce. If sushi won't work, just make some good decisions good lean meat, fish or poultry and don't sweat the details. A day splurging won't kill you as long as you get right back on that horse the next day and do what you need to do.
Have a great Valentine's day!0 -
We went out for dinner on Saturday night. I busted my butt at the gym the day before, day of and day after so I could enjoy it.0

Nope, not going out this week, but my anniversary with my boyfriend is next week, so we're going out then. If I go out to eat, I usually don't eat for the entire day before or I'll just eat breakfast. The problem is, next Saturday, we're meeting two friends of mine for dim sum in the afternoon, then going out for a nice dinner and drinks later. I guess I'll have to fast the day after or something, haha. Or just not eat a lot when I go out.0

I'm going and I'm not gonna care about the calories.
Going to a feast!

I am playing dress up with my kids and am taking them to dinner at a local restraunt since my sweetie is out of town for the holiday. I'm going to endulge a little and eat a salad at home then just order a yummy appetizer and glass of wine for myself when were out. I'm just gonna do my normal workout that day
Happy V-Day to you too.0
