Could my new desk job be causing back pain?

I have never worked a desk job. Infact, I've made it a point to find jobs where I am on my feet all the time and constantly moving. My internship now has me behind a desk, in front of a computer from 9 to 5 for 30 hours a week. I edit photos, don't get a hour lunch, and have the opportunity to get up and walk around maybe every 2 hours for a bathroom break.

That being said, I have had the most excruciating back pain since I started last week. I don't normally let pain get me down, but its led me to skip exercising. I can barely bend over to tie my shoes. Sitting hurts. Walking around hurts. It's in my lower back and it seems the only thing that relieve the pain is to lay down with pillows under my legs.

I'm 22 years old and a fit, healthy, normally active person. I shouldn't be dealing with back pain yet! Does anyone feel my new stationary job may be the culprit, and if so, do you have any suggestions?
