Gas :/

Hi everyone, I've been having this issue for a while and I just realized you folks may be the people to ask. This is embarassing and maybe TMI, but here goes.

For months now, I've been having bad gas every. single. morning. It's not painful or anything, it's just... a lot of tooting, haha. The weird thing is that it's always in the mornings right before or as I'm waking up... once I've started my day it doesn't seem to be an issue. Sometimes it's so much that it even causes me to wake up before my alarm in the mornings :blushing:

I'm becoming super self-conscious about it because my boyfriend now sleeps over a lot of nights, and I'm terrified that he'll wake up before me one morning and witness the horror. I mean, we're very close and comfortable around each other and stuff... but I still don't think this is something he needs to notice, haha.

I just don't understand what could be causing it. Feel free to take a look at my food diary and tell me if it's something I'm eating. I am a vegetarian but I don't eat beans every single day or anything, so I don't think that's it. I'm just really confused about why this is happening and why it's only in the mornings. And I'd also love some advice on what to do to make it stop!!

I noticed you had a Fiber One bar listed - I didn't see alot of them in your diary - but those ALWAYS give me gas.
Could also be the cheese & eggs??

Maybe before bedtime, take an OTC pill for gas relief - so you won't have any embarrassing moments in the mornings??
    Just a suggestion :)

I actually just bought some Fiber One bars for the first time a couple of weeks ago, so I don't think they're the main culprit... but I won't buy any more after these run out just in case. As for cheese and eggs, I do eat a lot of both - but I always have. Cheese, especially, has always been a weakness of mine... which is why I'm confused about why this has just started recently.

I'll definitely look into getting something OTC. Wasn't sure if any of those actually worked. Thanks!
