Haven't read it, I know the principles. I eat pretty clean on principle not for any other reason. I am probably 80%-90% clean. Clean foods taste better to me. (I really like to eat seasonal, local and organic if possible.....I am trying to cut out tropical fruits but it is hard.)

Is it easy or hard? Do you like to cook? Do you like trying new veggies? What do you usually crave?
I find some meals are easier to go clean than others. Breakfast = pretty easy for me. Even though I love pancakes and waffles, they only last for 5 minutes so I'd rather have something heartier.

Dinner: easy if you cook at home.

Try to make 5 clean lunches on your first week. Or just up your produce consumption. Once you've mastered that, focus on replacing one of your grain staples with something whole grain. Then do it on the next one....eventually you'll find clean alternatives for all of them.
