Hey All! New to this site and new to this type of support for weight loss. It's the first day for me for a whole new life. I have 30 pounds to lose, but a better life style to gain. That's the real goal. I am a crazy hectic mother of four, who's always batteled with my wieght. No more battling! This is it. My recent big 3-0 b-day was the cincher for me. :ohwell: Good luck to you all and God Bless!
