How do I do it? I have been looking but cant find it and its too hard to do the differant machines, times ect. I want to make sure I do it correctly.

The best description i can find is if you enter "circuit training" and then plug in how long you do it for. It's not exact ... those rarely are .. but that is how i would do it.
