How to fit in HIIT DVD with regular weight training

Hi Everyone, I currently do weight training and cardio. I recently took a boot camp style class and LOVED it. Now I want to include in my workout but dont know how to fit it in. I ordered the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and also want to get the 30 day shred. I was thinking of just alternating weeks. One week in the gym , one week home with a dvd. Do any of you do a plan like that now that includes traditional weight lifting with the HIIT? Thanks for any input.
