Any ideas? Thoughts? As of today, I have 1451 "free" calories out of 1680 MFP says I can use. Today I had a half of a chicken sandwich and 2 very thin slices of Tillimok cheddar cheese. I still have dinner to go. I am thinking of cheese filled pasta with veggies sauteed in red vinegar (I think is how they were made). I eat way more veggies than the pasta. I also add extra vegetables because my family prefers it.
How can I add more food items for energy?
I generally drink one energy drink in the morning and water the rest of the day. I can't afford to get dehydrated.
Thanks

Almonds!! I love snacking on a small handful. No sodium, but the cals are there for the energy. I buy Billy Bee Honey Roasted Almonds. So delish!! And Bananas give you a great boost of energy in the morning, and are absorbed quickly!!0
