Hello, my name is Shawn.
I'm 21 years old and I downloaded joined mfp yesterday.
My goals aren't so much to lose weight as to just live a healthier lifestyle. I'm not particularly physically fit (I exercise for 20 minutes and I feel like I'm ready to collapse. Not to mention I can lift a grand total of about 20 pounds), which could be fairly problematic for the career that I've decided to go into. So, I've decided that it's time to do something about it.
I was doing pretty good last year, to where I could walk the mile to and from school each day without getting winded, and I was up to about 10 pushups, but then things got pretty busy between school and work in early November and I quit exercising and pretty much lost it all again. I've just recently got myself back to where I can walk to classes in the mornings without my legs getting too sore.
