I'm new to MFP and need support. My goal is to lose 100 lbs.

    Im new as well and even thought Im not trying to loss that much weight im here to try and do this, Sometimes we all need the support

    I'm shooting for 90, but may decide to cross the triple-digit line. Been here less than a week. Lost 3 lbs so far, even though I'm not into the exercise bit full swing yet. Walking on the treadmill is about all I can manage after every 16-hr work day. But in this short time, paying more attention to my food and holding myself accountable for walking, I can already feel my energy level rising. Let's DO this!
