    You do great here. I think the best thing you can remember is don't be too hard on yourself. You'll have good days and bad days, acceptance is the key. Good Luck to you :happy:

    Good luck starting over! I find myself constantly starting over on the quest to eat healthier. I just found this website last week, and I already think it will be a big help to me.
