Low sodium snacks w/o nuts?

Hey guys!

I keep seeing on here to eat as close to your calorie goal as possible and to eat back your exercise calories, ect...

I need some good ideas for snacks to munch on at work that won't kill my 2500mg sodium goal per day. I've been eating a lot of fruits, and veggies, and greek yogurt but more suggestions would be helpful. The big problem other than the sodium that I have is that my 2 year old daughter is SEVERELY allergic to nuts which eliminates a lot of the protein bars, granola bars, fiber bars, ect b/c they either contain nuts or are processed in the same factory as products that contain nuts.

Any suggestions? :)
