so i updated my weight and restarted my ticker because im basically starting over and instead of having my intake at 1400 like it was before now it has me in taking 1700 cals. as a vegetarian its very hard for me to eat that many calories. is there a way that i can manually set the intake or should i just deal with it??

Go to My Home, then click on goals, and you can set your calories yourself.0

Go to settings. goal, custom and change it there. As a vegetarian you have plenty of calorie dense foods. Any of the nut butters are super calorie dense, or maybe saute veggies in olive oil... just a couple of ideas.0
