Hiya!!
I have been using MyFitnessPal now for about 6 weeks and it is helping me to monitor my food and diet. I do eat heathily in general but love Carbs which I know are not good for me. The strangest thing is that even when I restrict my calorie intake to 1200 a day, cut out the carbs where possible and exercise I hardly ever lose weight. I do not have a great deal of weight to lose but would like to drop just one dress size so that I can buy smaller bikini's and a stunning wedding dress!
So I would love to hear from you - any ideas or suggestions.......???
Please also add me as a freind if you want to :-)

you might not be eating enough... I know it sounds strange, but if you are working out, make sure you eat back your exercise calories. otherwise, your body will keep all it can to survive... go into starvation mode - and you won't lose anything. I'm still trying to balance everything out but I ate really well last week, worked out and made sure I ate my target calories and I finally saw the scale move... I was so happy! Give it a try.0

It really takes time to lose Hon. 6 weeks at 1200 and you've lost Nothing? nothing at all?
Have you taken your measurements? Have you been religiously logging everything this entire time? Make sure to be very accurate, because only then can you get accurate assessments from others and yourself!
There are honestly times where I've felt nothing changed, but if I go back into the reports I can see a big change somewhere.0
